What this service stores.

Domain Watch stores your subscribed plan, customer identifier, account email, a one-way hash of your license key, watched domains, observation snapshots and monitoring events. The raw key is sent over HTTPS to Polar to validate access and stays in memory in your dashboard tab. The dashboard does not store it in browser storage or a cookie.

Cloudflare hosts the service and its database. Apify processes watched domains through the domain checkers. Resend processes alert and digest emails. Polar handles billing, customer portal access and license validation. Public DNS, registration and certificate transparency sources supply monitoring data.

No advertising trackers or analytics scripts are included in this dashboard. Hosting and payment providers may process operational logs under their own policies.

Removing a watched domain removes its active monitoring history. Account, billing and provider records may remain; removing a domain does not delete your billing account. For account-data access or deletion requests, use the seller contact supplied in your Polar purchase email.

For access or billing questions, use the same seller contact. Subscription cancellation is managed in your Polar customer portal. Monitoring does not modify your domain or DNS settings.
