14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, you can get a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. The refund is unconditional: you do not need to give a reason.

To request it, email support@chimeramind.com from the address used for your order and include your order email. Refunds are issued by Polar to your original payment method.

Renewals

Renewal payments are not refunded. Cancel before the renewal date in the Polar customer portal to avoid the next charge. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and access continues until then.

One-time payments

The same 14-day rule applies to any one-time payment.
